I went to Reno from out of town to look at a home and MC was the listing agent. That home did not work out, but I did come away knowing that I had found the agent to handle my purchase. In the following weeks MC made herself available to me as scheduling trips from out of town was inconvenient for everyone (but she was always enthusiastic and accommodating). MC quickly keyed into what I was looking for in my home and adeptly focused on that set of parameters. When it came time to negotiate, she was the voice of common sense when I would get excited and want to give in on steps along the way. On top of all of it, she keeps the process real and fun. I was dreading buying from out of town, but MC Pierson made it a fantastic experience.
Selling a home in 2012 Nevada post-bubble was a scary idea. However, ours sold in less than 2 days and at a good price. MC did a great job from start to end, even negotiating a rent-back since the property sold before we were ready to move.
